Female infertility

Definition

"Disease of the reproductive system defined by the failure to achieve a clinical pregnancy after 12 months or more of regular unprotected sexual intercourse. Note: in clinical practice the duration of infertility, age of the female partner, and other medical conditions are important, should be specified and may affect management.
